The Main function of the Project and Operations Support Administrator position is to assist the Chief Operating Officer with overseeing and implementing projects while meeting deadlines and staying within an approved budget to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. 

In this role you will:

  • Assist the COO with planning and coordinating project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks on new initiatives
  • Execute projects from vision to fruition
  • Ensures projects/tasks are completed within given deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Schedule meetings and present follow up to questions on progress of projects
  • Maintain proper documentation of project status from initial communication to implementation
  • Prepare reporting and data for COO review
  • All other duties as assigned

Role Qualifications / Skills/ Abilities

  • College Education Preferred
  • At least One (1) year administrative experience in an office setting
  • Efficiently operates assigned computer software and other equipment including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally both orally and written
  • Able to problem solve with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work with others in a collaborative cohesive manner
  • Works well under pressure and self-motivated to ensure tasks/projects are completed with little supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills
